Nivia Remote Employee Solutions
Who we are

Built for medical practices, powered by healthcare expertise

Nivia places dedicated remote employees inside US medical practices — people who already understand how a medical office runs. We exist to give clinicians their time back, without asking them to compromise on who represents their practice.

Our story

We started where the paperwork piles up

Nivia grew out of a simple frustration: talented clinicians spending their evenings on phone tag, prior authorizations, and charts instead of patients. The help that was available had rarely set foot in a medical office, so every hire meant months of teaching the basics before anyone was useful.

So we built a different model. Every Nivia employee has real medical-office experience, is trained to a specific specialty, and works exclusively for one practice — during US hours, in fluent English and Spanish. Not a temporary VA, but a dependable member of your team.

Our mission

Give every practice its time back

To give medical practices reliable access to healthcare-trained talent that works like part of the team — so clinicians spend their days on patients, not paperwork, and no practice is limited by who it can hire locally.

Our vision

Staffing that never holds a practice back

A healthcare system where skilled, dedicated people are always within reach — wherever they happen to live — and where a small practice can staff as capably as a large one.

Why Nivia

Why practices choose Nivia

Six reasons a Nivia employee integrates faster and stays longer than the help most practices are used to.

Real medical-office experience

Every employee has already worked inside a US practice — front desk, scribing, or billing. No one learns healthcare on your time.

Specialty-specific training

Each hire is trained to your specialty's terminology, software, and payer rules, so they contribute from the first week rather than the first quarter.

Bilingual English & Spanish

Full fluency in both languages means Spanish-speaking patients are served properly and your front desk never stalls at a language barrier.

Screened & HIPAA-certified

Multi-step vetting, education verification, and complete HIPAA training happen before anyone is ever placed with a practice.

Aligned to your hours

Based in Latin America and working your local schedule, so support is live when your office is open — not overnight and out of sync.

One dedicated employee

Your Nivia professional works only for your practice. That means consistency, accountability, and a genuine long-term working relationship.

Our workforce

A workforce built for US practices

Nivia professionals are based in Latin America and work your practice's local business hours — the whole day, live, not an overnight batch you review in the morning. Your patients are helped in real time, by someone who already speaks the language of a medical office.

How we hire

Five steps before anyone joins your practice

Every Nivia professional clears the same process. By the time they reach your practice, the vetting and training are already done.

Step 1

Application & screening

Background checks, prior medical-office experience, and live English & Spanish fluency.

Every applicant clears identity and background checks, and we verify real medical-office experience and full bilingual fluency before they go any further.
