Most practices are matched with a dedicated employee within a couple of weeks. On the call we confirm the role and your specialty, then present the specific person we'd assign — once you approve the match, onboarding and integration begin right away.
Flat weekly rates, billed by role: Remote Operator from $8/hr, Remote Scribe from $10/hr, and Billing from $12–$14/hr. There are no setup fees or hidden extras — equipment, phone system, and ongoing support are all included.
